Time for Change
CSUSB Lecturers have long supported the mission of the University with little respect and even less recognition. Currently, the 700 Lecturers who teach the overwhelming majority of undergraduate general education courses face varying degrees of devaluing. From cramped or non-existent office spaces to being the only CSUSB employee not recognized for years of service, CSUSB Lecturers continue to give their best to the school that gives them little to nothing in return.
The time for change is now.
